Family Research Council Encourages Churches to Pray For & Stand With Israel
Washington, D.C. - Family Research Council, in partnership with a coalition of organizations, is urging churches across the country to participate in the Pray For & Stand With Israel event on Sunday, May 19. The initiative aims to unite the Christian community in prayer and unwavering support for Israel by dedicating a portion of their worship services to pray for Israel's peace, prosperity, and protection.
Family Research Council President Tony Perkins emphasized the importance of demonstrating visible support for Israel, especially in light of the nation's current challenges. Perkins proposed that Bible-believing churches nationwide collectively pray for and stand with Israel on May 19.
