A 27-year-old man from Canyon Country has been arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department for the theft of Bitcoin mining computers valued at $579,000. The suspect, Bryan Thola, was found to have the stolen computers in his cargo van and a public storage unit. He has since been released on his own recognizance. The LAPD has not disclosed how they came across the stolen computers and the investigation is ongoing.
